How it is calculated
notional = margin × leverage
gross = notional × (exit − entry)/entry (short flips the sign)
realized PnL = gross − notional × round-trip fee
gross = notional × (exit − entry)/entry (short flips the sign)
realized PnL = gross − notional × round-trip fee
